These terms and conditions govern the breakdown recovery and roadside assistance services provided by Citygrip LTD, trading as Motorway Breakdown Recovery. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide vehicle recovery, towing and roadside assistance across the UK motorway network, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, traffic, weather, and driver availability.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide a quote before we begin any work. The price quoted is based on the information you provide. If the job materially differs from what was described (for example, a heavier vehicle or a longer distance), we will agree any revised price with you before continuing. Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may vary by job.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your location, vehicle and situation.
• Follow National Highways safety guidance and, on a smart motorway or live lane, call 999 before calling us.
• Ensure you are the registered keeper or have authority to request recovery of the vehicle.
• Wait in a safe place, behind the barrier where possible, until our driver arrives.

Liability

Our drivers are fully insured and take all reasonable care when handling your vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Cancellation

If you no longer require recovery after a driver has been dispatched, please tell us immediately. A call-out charge may apply where a driver has already travelled to your location.
