A vehicle with rolling wheels can be towed on a dolly; one with locked wheels or damaged running gear will need skates positioned beneath each axle before it can be moved safely to the exit ramp.
There are additional considerations in enclosed car parks that do not apply outdoors. Ventilation is limited, so vehicle movement should be steady rather than prolonged. Ramps are often steep, cambered, and tight, requiring careful load control on the way out. Structural pillars limit the space available for manoeuvring equipment. Getting this right consistently requires drivers who are familiar with these environments and comfortable working methodically in confined spaces, it is not the kind of job that benefits from improvisation.
